Please allow me an introduction to Anvaya Cove prior to our visit to one of our highly prized development by Ayala Land Premier.

Lot acquisition is a prerequisite to club membership which is now worth Php 700T from 350T in the year 2006 as the Beach and Nature Club is now almost 50 percent operational. Lot prices used to run from 6600 per sqm. in the same year which is now at a rate of 8000 per sqm. depending on the lot. Different payment options are available which are customized to fit to our clients' financial capability and wellness.

Anvaya Cove is a joint development of Ayala Land, Inc and SUDECO – Subic Development Corp., a privately owned real estate holding company. . Anvaya Club Shares alone are currently not available. However, they may be purchased in tandem with a residential lot.

Attached are the different payment options for the Beach and Nature Club share for your study. Prices for residential lots are between

Php 8,000.00 to Php14,000.00 per square meter depending on the view and location.

You can choose the following options for your payment scheme:

Cash in 30 days-7% discount

Cash in 60 days-5.5% discount (bank option available)

It is only 2.5 hours away from Manila via the newly rehabilitated NLEX. Travel time will shorten by 30 minutes once Subic-Clark Expressway is completed in 2007. You can also take a ferry from Manila Bay Port (near CCP, Roxas Boulevard) to Orion and then catch an SBMA bus. By air, catch a Cebu Pacific flight to Subic Bay.
