Ownership of a residential lot is a prerequisite to club membership in the Anvaya Cove Beach and Nature Club. Anvaya Cove is a joint development of Ayala Land, Inc and SUDECO – Subic Development Corp., a privately owned real estate holding company. . Anvaya Club Shares alone are currently not available. However, they may be purchased in tandem with a residential lot.
Attached are the different payment options for the Beach and Nature Club share for your study. Prices for residential lots are between

It is only 2.5 hours away from Manila via the newly rehabilitated NLEX. Travel time will shorten by 30 minutes once Subic-Clark Expressway is completed in 2007. You can also take a ferry from Manila Bay Port (near CCP, Roxas Boulevard) to Orion and then catch an SBMA bus. By air, catch a Cebu Pacific flight to Subic Bay.
